I just setup new FreeNAS. I know who is the clients. Right now I'm looking at "Disk" stats and see read activity around 350k on a graph. I would like to know if possible WHO is doing it? IP or user/share?

Same would be nice for Network reporting, show maybe stats by IP if needed?

Sure. Depending on the process, etc there are many many tools out there. Basically you'll need to do some research for your precise setup to determine how to find out who is doing what. That's more in FreeBSD CLI territory and not FreeNAS territory though.

Thank you! I was hoping it's more in FreeNAS territory :)

netstat is a pretty useful tool to do what you want. To get more detailed information you would need to build statistics engine that monitored samba, nfs and afp. This would have to be built into the base FreeBSD system.
