Reporting increases in Error count but cannot confirm or see this via Smart

So I have some alerts that pop up on my dashboard, like

Device: /dev/da0 [SAT], ATA error count increased from 20 to 21.​

2023-10-12 17:02:09 (Europe/London)

I have run quick and extended smart checks over this drive but returns no issues. Where should I be looking for error counts like this and what else can I do to investigate this?
