replication "only" 500Mbit/s

hi folks,

may I ask for an advise on how I can expedite LAN backups?

Specs of each system is in signature and settings screenshot below.

usually if I copy the files manually via windows from one main freenas to backup freenas I am gaining up to 110MB/s so I think I am maxing out the NIC. Why is the replication task slower?

Which FreeNAS version? What is the full output of ifconfig (within code tags)?
