replacing MoBo

Thunder blew out my MoBo (RAM and CPU survived) in my FreeNAS. What I'm wondering is, will I'll be able to just switch the mobo and run my old installation of FreeNAS or do I need to reinstall that as well? It will not be an identical MoBo.

I am so impressed right now. I just replaced my MoBo, different model, different brand. I just booted up again and everything just worked, didn't need to do anything. ^.^
