Remove the disk. Insert a new disk and hit replace

Were you able to resolve this? If not, paste the current output of zpool status (within code tags please).

No.
I decided to destroy the pool, change the disks, make a new pool & restore information from the backup
BUT! it looks like A NEW!!! WD disk had defects & can not be used as a replacement
That's why the system cant finishes the replacement procedure.
And when I tried to use another disk - the system creates 2 replacement HDD
So... It's a good idea to make a long SMART test even for a new HDD before replacement

This is why its recommended to run bad blocks on any new hard drives. This would have picked up a bad hard drive pretty quickly so you could return it under warranty or replacement.
