Replace a RAID-Z disk using Web Interface?

That's something that occurred to me a while ago too but I cannot see how to format a single drive using the GUI.

Storage -> Volumes -> View Disks -> [click on ada1] -> Wipe (the button will appear below the table)

I had seen that. Is wiping the same as formatting the HD?

OK I've just tried it and I get this message - Error: Failed to wipe ada1p1: dd: /dev/ada1p1: Operation not supported

What is the output of:
gpart list ada1 (make sure include the entire output)
swapinfo

Hold on! I tried wiping the disk again but this time instead of a quick wipe I selected with random characters and, it worked. Afterwards when I tried to Replace I got the message - Disk replacement has been initiated. The process is still underway but I'll report back whether it's been successful or not. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Hmm... The replacement process seems to have completed but the disk is still showing as Removed and my pool as Degraded. :(

Trying the Replace button now gives me this error -

Error: Disk replacement failed: "invalid vdev specification, use '-f' to override the following errors:, /dev/gptid/e9586510-8d0f-11e3-ac97-e4115bb18342 is part of active pool 'onestickshd', "

I've just updated to 9.2.1 RELEASE and I am now getting this message so, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be OK now. I'll report back either way.

WARNING: The volume onestickshd (ZFS) status is ONLINE: One or more devices is currently being resilvered. The pool will continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.Wait for the resilver to complete.

OK, I give up. It seems that nothing is going to fix this problem so I've decided to wipe everything and restore it from the backup. One question before I start though. Will doing this sort out the SECTOR SIZE issue that's showing up with 9.2.1?
