Repairing ACLs

This is going earn lots of head shaking here. I had setup a AFP share with guest access so that my and my mrs can access a shared folder. I then added a CIFS share to the same volume (this was to get a network media player working). I have since deleted the CIFS share to get the system to what it was. However, now I can't seem to create directories on the original AFP share anymore. Is there any way to repair the ACLs on the AFP share?

Is the volume/dataset using Windows or Unix permissions? Does switching back to Unix permissions fix it? Which version of FreeNAS?

It is using Unix/Mac permissions. I can copy files to it but not create folders (keeps asking for login info on both my macs). I am currently on Freeness 9-2-1-8.

Nope..I tried googling trying to find a way to repair the permissions. Another set of shares on another physical volume on my NAS does not have this problem. It is for time machine back up but I have full permissions for that. It's just with this volume where I think changing it from AFP to CIFS and then back caused this problem.
