Recommendations for PCIe SSD's for SLOG/ZIL on Dell 730xd

Does anyone have hardware recommendations for a PCIe card that can hold SSD's or nvme's for SLOG/ZIL that would work in a one of the back riser slots in a Dell 730xd? I've been Googling for a while and can't seem to find something confirmed to work with TrueNAS.

I have 2 Evo 970 Plus, 1 Evo and will be adding an optane to it.

My board support PCIe bifurcation though.

I honestly don't know. How would I tell? Is this something you can see via the BIOS or markings on the riser?

Your BIOS should show if you can split a 16x into 4 4x slots (which is what that card does). I've glossed over but I think if you don't have bifurcation that cart supports only 1 NVMe drive.

I was looking at 2 drives for a redundant SLOG device.

How many PCIe slots do you have available? You can always use two PCIe to M2 or U2 adapters.

I have 2 slots available so that would work. Do you have any recommendations on adapters you've used that work well?
