RancherOS VM Always Boots with a Different IP - Any Ideas?

Hey All -

It seems that the Rancher OS VM will always boot and obtain a different IP address each time. I've set a DHCP static mapping based off the fictitious MAC address but that doesn't work either.

It makes browsing into the Rancher GUI difficult when the IP always changes - any suggestions?

Update: It appears the MAC address changes on boot so that explains why the static DHCP mapping wasn't working. I simply specified a MAC in the VM settings and so far all is good.
