RAIDZ1 not import FreeNAS 9.10

I have a Raiz1 pool and one of the disks called a spare gave it a defect and with that I can not mount the volume anymore and so I do not import the discs back.

Please, I need a way.

Is that drive plugged in? The one that is listed as offline/unplugged?

Damaged devices or data? That sounds bad. Maybe it's recoverable if you get the third drive up and running.

Wouldn't zpool import -f HD_NAS_HOME work?

Although the best thing is to try and get the missing drive back.

Maybe, but let's hold off on the -fs and -Fs before the status of the other drive is ascertained. One problem at a time.

camcontrol devlist and all hardware specs please.

Today has been terrible for hardware specs, almost every single post has been missing them.
