I currently have the following system

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900
31.03 GiB of ram
250G m.2 (ProxMox is installed here)
2TB m.2 (1 TB hosts vm while other 1TB is provisioned on TrueNas as a cache for the RaidZ configuration)
I then have a QNAP TL-D800S 8 Bay SATA 6Gbps JBOD Storage Enclosure. PCIe SATA Interface Card (QXP-800eS-A1164) Included that houses 4 16TB drives
I have the QNAP device as a passthrough.

And I have I have the TrueNas losing drives then hard crashing sometime after

After hard crashing, rebooting it bring everything back online for a few hours

This is what I see before it hard crashes and I can no longer change anything, see SMB shares, or connect to the web Gui via IP.
There are no updates available.

I see this under disks

and eventually 2 will disappear then the other 2 disappear then it crashes.

I have no clue where to even begin to look. Any help would be extremely appreciated

Currently all drives are showing but the dataset went to unhealthy state.
after 10-20 minutes or so my drives will disappear and then after that the web Gui will be unreachable

I receive this error as well

I can no longer connect to the web gui or smb into the drives unless I reboot but I can still ping the server with 0 drops

after web Gui is no longer accessible

This is the errors I get almost immediately after the SMB fails to work but before the drives vanish
