problems with Pool I/O error

Ive got a Problem, sry for my Bad English ( German )

Today my Freenas Server 9.3.1 Dies: mfi0 I/O error and one or more Devices are not available cannot import.

Asus Board with 12 GB ram
Raid Controller perc h310
WD Green Disks
2 Seagate Disks
1 SSD

I Testet some NFS Shares with 2 VMs and it stocked an I resettet the Freenas Server "hard"

What can i Do got i any chances?

I see you've posted the same issue in the German forum. It appears someone is trying to help you there, but has noted that you're using a RAID controller, which can cause problems.

Is the volume available for import in the GUI?

Yes i Tryed it Both german and here, Yes a Perc H310 but no Aktive Raid only to Connect the Drives.

Yes i looked at import but 2 TB is missing i think the mirror.

Should i Import what is possible?

Is the H310 flashed to IT mode? If not, it could be trouble, either now or later.

Maybe the GUI doesn't like to import a pool with mismatched vdevs. I would probably try the import from the CLI.

No not Flashed. I asked for a While if it some difference between the Raid and nonraid Firmware. But nobody know this...

i hope tomoworrow a flashed m1015 arraives me. i Connect it and could test a import?!

Does the output from zpool import that you posted in #3 above show all the devices that you expect to see?

Yep the Raidz2 is about wd Green Drives 2 TB , The Mirror is about 2 1 tb Drives from Seagate and the cache is a ssd

OK, I finally see the elephant in the room. ZFS thinks the cache device is missing, though that may not be the real issue. You are in deep trouble unless you can restore from backup. See this thread. Unfortunately I don't have a solution for you.

All is okay in the German Part they give mehr the advise to Pull out the da 7 Device and Freundschaft degraded the Pool and I can Access the Data.

The nett Step is to Backup the Data. How could i geh out the Cache and the Mirror?

I only want one big raidz2

You will have to destroy the pool and create a new one.

Not using the GUI, but according to the man page, at the CLI you can use zpool remove to remove a cache device.
