problem with path to transmission permissions

Hi, I'm new from Chile. I tell you I have a microserver gen 8 with true nas with 17tb of storage. I want to leave it only dedicated to torrent with (transmission) and the occasional not so important backup, ISO download, the issue is when installing the transmission I cannot access the downloads folder and I also do not have permissions to access or configure from the application

especially the / home path

I have followed youtube tutorials, comments from here and without success .. is there a way to install transmission or another torrent complement easier to configure or is it a problem with the application since it is not official?
