Problem with a Virtual Machine.

Hello! I'm using Freenas 11.1-U4.
I've created a vm (Windows Server 2008 R2), but when I get connected via VNC (Using VNC Viewer 6 or VNC via web ), I get only scrambled picture (in attachment). When vm starts, screen is ok and I can modify BIOS settings, etc, so problem comes when ISO loads. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Yes, it solved with Server 2012 ISO)
