Problem connecting to plugins.

Hello, this has been solved many times, but nothing has helped yet.
I have a fresh install of FreeNAS on my server (working on VmWare). Everything is a clean installation. I installed PlexMediaServer on FreeNAS. Plugin is running and received IP address from DHCP. I can see this IP address on my Unifi USG (SecureGateway) online but I can not access the web interface. If I send ping to the IP address, it will not respond. The firewall is off on VmWare. Unifi USG does not block communication in the LAN. Does anyone think why it would not work? Thanx

Is the vswitch set to “promiscuous mode”?

Where to find? ..... I'm sorry but I'm new in FreeNAS. I'm just deciding what system to use for my NAS. Meanwhile, I downloaded the new version 11. I have another problem with this, I can not find any plugins to install.

The vswitch is in vmware not FreeNAS.
