hi folks,
i set up a freenas server recently. but when i shutdown the machine, everything (including cpu fan) will turn off, but not the fan of the power supply. i have to switch off the power supply manually for a real shutdown.
i've never seen that anywhere. is that a freenas / driver issue or just some bios problem?
system infos:
freenas version: FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE-201606270534 (dd17351)
cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz
ram: 8 gb DDR3
mainboard: AsRock H61M-DGS, socket 1155, intel H61 chipset, UEFI-BIOS
sata-controller2: InLine 76617E with marvell 88SE9215 chipset
graphics: onboard
acpi: deactivated
in none of the logs in /var/logs is something interesting at the end of the shutdown process.
any help is very appreciated :) i don't trust this situation as i don't know, what und where current is still running when it is "shut down".
