Power loss - no boot until press Enter

Hi, today on one site the server was abruptly shut down because of a power loss. Then, when we powered it on the boot menu appears waiting forever to press Enter to boot.

Is this the correct behavior?. As far as I remember this is the first time this happens, it always waits for 5 or 10 seconds to start automatically.

Details of your hardware, please. This sounds like a BIOS quirk of your system.
