Poor performances after a couple of days

Hi all,
I have a strange issue: I have installed TrueNAS 12.0-U2.1 on my Lenovo server.

The configuration of my server is:
- Intel Xeon Silver 420
- 64GB ram
- 2 x 10GB/s network card
- 2 Drives for SysyOp
- 7 Drives 4TB fof Pool

I have tested different configurations and some variables in tunables section, and all works fine after a reboot:

throughput on disks is over 100M/s per disk both SMB and iSCSI.

all works fine for a couple of days, after that performances fall down to 3MB/s per disk with warning for slow I/O performance in my pool, but also all my system is slow to manage by web page.

Restarting server solves the temporarily the issue, but after 2 days I'm again in the issue.

I have an other server with an identical configuration (hw+truenas+fw version) that doesn't report this issue; the only difference is that on this second one i don't use iSCSI, but only SMB.

Any idea to solve my problem??

Thanks to all

Mak

Please use the correct forum.
This is the SCALE forum and is NOT about TrueNAS Core 12.0-U2.1

I would suggest trying to see if the CPU utilization or the Drive utilization changes over the 2 days?

Does the ARC change in size.... more to see if there is a memory issue that you needing ARC to get the performance.

Some drives have weird behaviour after sustained writes... can you document the drive types.
