plugins_jail file location

Can someone point me to the plugins_jail file required to setup my system as listed in my signature?
The Sorceforge website does not seem to be the same as the original site I used several monthes ago.

Not sure what you mean about the Sourceforge site not being the same, it looks the same to me.

I've built this setup from three used servers that were given to me and it's a huge learning curve compared to home PC's I've constructed.
Sometimes you just get lost in all the reading and downloading I guess. This project is what I need to advance and continue to show my
two boys that they can do anything they set their minds to!
