plugins will not start please help

FreeNAS version: FreeNAS-9.2.1.9-RELEASE-x64 (2bbba09)

So i recent stopped plexmediaserver_2 and after doing that. ALL of my plugin have stopped working. I have no clue where to begin to troubleshoot.

I have rebooted and shutdown.. did nothing
I have also rebooted my router. just in case. still nothing
Internet still up and working.

ANY help or guidance would be highly appreciated!!!

It seems that after i reinstalled the plugins they are working... lost all of my settings but got it back and running.

I've had this happen too if I stop one plug-in the others stop and won't start again. I also have to delete and reinstall them. This is on 9.3 also.

Really am tired of the behavior of plugins and jails. They are supposed to be separate but appear to work as one.

Well i wont be shutting down anything anymore. Its unfortunate that this happens. I hope theres a better fix. I wasnt sure if it was something i did wrong in the first place.

Some info on your system specs would be helpful for diagnosis. If I had to guess I'm betting your short on RAM.

My system specs.....

FreeNAS 9.2.1.9 64-Bit on sandisk usb 16gb
Processor = Xeon W3550 3.06 GHz Quad-core
RAM= 16gb ddr3 10600 mhz,
dvd drive,
1- 2tb drive, 3- 1tb drives raidZ
