Plugins "no entry has been found"

I'm trying to install the Plex on my FreeNAS 11.1, when I click on the "Plugins" tab, on the available plugins it shows "no entry has been found"
I tried to manually upload and install the plugins unsuccessful.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, can you ping an Internet address (such as google.com) from the FreeNAS system?

reconfigured the DNS and issue resolve.
