Plugins much slower loading (in browser) in 9.10.2-UI

Ever since this update, if I want to go to SickRage, Transmission, Plex, etc., I'm "waiting for [IP]" for 7-10 seconds before the pages load.

Before this, they would take 1 second.

Anyone else have this issue?

Anything related in /var/log/messages? Also, what is the output of ifconfig?
