I am trying to install the plex plugin and I cannot figure out what is causing the plugin list to not populate. I have been searching the forums to find a solution to my problem but none of which have proved to be a solution for me. Below is current configuration of my NAS.
My system information:

Build FreeNAS-9.2.1.5-RELEASE-x64 (80c1d35)
Platform Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5410 @ 2.33GHz
Memory 16362MB
System Time Tue Jan 03 16:39:00 PST 2017
Uptime 4:39PM up 22 mins, 0 users
Load Average 0.00, 0.00, 0.04
My network summary:
Name IPv4 Address:
bge0 192.168.0.51/24
Nameservers:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
68.105.29.11 (My ISP DNS)
Default route:
192.168.0.1
Plugin Repository URL:
http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo
Other Information:
I can ping other machines on the LAN from the shell as well as google.com, espn.com, & freenas.org. I can also ping the Freenas from the gateway and from other machines.
