Plugin installation error

Hello there, today I installed Truenas on an old system (first time installing truenas in my life) and it went pretty good, only problem is that it doesn't want me to install plugins at all. I tried an official one (PLEX) and a community on (Homeassistant).
I only tried DHCP because i really don't understand what i should do whit the other options, and every time that's the error that pops out. I haven't done anything with my router.

Can you guys help me?
