Nextcloud plugin installation issue

Hi again,
I am receiving this error "Error: Nextcloud had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: Last 10 lines: Partial plugin destroyed"
Fresh TrueNAS installation, the only other plugin installed is plex.

I tried multiple times, overright the same plugin, resetting my pool, new usb drive. but no luck

Hardware in my sig:
TM F2-221 with 10GB RAM
2 12TB in mirror config
TrueNSA 12.0-U8 on 64GB USB drive

Edit 1: an other error redoing the installation. "Error: ncloud had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: Last 10 lines: mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)' Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists! Partial plugin destroyed"

After multiple tries, I was able to install.
I rebooted the NAS and my PC. Still doesnt make any sense
