PlexMedia management

I am successfully using the PlexMedia plugin on FreeNAS 9.2.1 .
My only issue is managing the content.
From my ROKU setup when PlexMedia is running I have many extraneous images and bit/parts of movies.

When I am logged into my PleaseMedia site from FreeNAS everything looks fine.

Can anyone provide me with some method to clean up my data?

(No I cannot upgrade to 9.3 as I do not have enough iron to make it work.)
