I have about 10 users on my plex server and I would like to build a stand alone server. So Plex, Sonarr, CouchPotato, Sabnzbd, etc.
This is my first real server build so I would appreciate any and all advice. thanks in advance...

Chassis :: Supermicro SC936A-R1200
Motherboard :: X9DR3-LN4F+
CPU :: Dual E5- 2650 V1 2Ghz 8 core CPU (Sandy Bridge)
Memory :: 48GB (12 x 4GB DDR3)
RAID :: 2 x LSI 9211-8i JBOD HBA Card
Power Supply :: Dual 1200watt Gold Power Supplies

HDD - 6 x 6TB WD Red in RAIDZ2 to start, until I can save up some money for more...

Is this a used system?

Few suggestions: you most likely won't need 2 CPUs. I'd also recommend 3x 16 GB DIMMs instead of 12x 4 GB since it will make it way more efficient to upgrade the RAM in the future. Also really no need for dual PSUs.

yes, it is all used gear. MrRackables on eBay to be precise.
I was hoping that the plex server would take advantage of the 2nd cpu, but if it doesn't than there is no need.
