How stable is the plex plugin for FreeNAS? Stable as in how well does it function and how is the performance? Any issues with it?

works perfectly it is just the FreeBSD code that they releases packaged up into a one click deploy feature. I would suggest just installing it yourself in a jail and skipping the plugin.

Plex is working great. Streaming well. Depends on your system specs how many users at the same time will ask Plex for streaming and/or transcoding.
