Plex not auto updating

For our reason recently plex no longer runs an automatic update. I have to manually run a refresh on both TV and movies. Nothing has changed. Just stopped working. I've restarted the jail. I've enabled all logging and there isn't even an entry for plex trying to do a refresh ever. Any help would be appreciated. Fyi this has all been working fine for a year now.

Nothing has changed and library update feature is working. Does it work manually? What do the logs say? This could be a good question for the Plex forums.
