PLEX Mediaserver Plugin hangs in status OFF

From FreeNAS web gui plugins/Installed
Service status of my plexmediaserver is showing status "OFF"
I'm not able to switch status to "ON"
Is this a BUG. ?
How can i check (in shell) that plex is running correct.

Hi there.
I'm using the serverboard ASROCK C2550
Build FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503200528
Platform Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU C2550 @ 2.40GHz
Memory 16331MB
I tried to uninstall the plexmediaserver plugin and reinstall it. It seems that it has solved the problem.
I'm now able to change the "switch" status to ON.
All my storage connected to the mediaserver was still there
