Plex Media server gone after reboot

So....I moved my system into it's final resting place in my closet and when I turned it back on, the plex media plug in is gone. Storage shows the jail with the plex plugin, but under the plugin tab, there is nothing installed.

does the jail show under the jails tab?
can you enter the jail using 'jexec'?
from there can you ping other computers?

Sorry for the delay but I just started from scratch again since the install is very fresh and it seems to be working fine.
