Plex GUI: "This page isn’t working" / Need help troubleshooting

Need help troubleshooting. Plex worked fine after installing it, but after a day or so I lose connection.

Iocage console shows plex Jail is "up".
Basic Properties show checked DHCP, VNET and BPF.
Network Properties show: interfaces vnet0:bridge0
Plex gui at http://192.168.4.97:32400/web/index.html
Gateway at: http://192.168.4.1

Perhaps due to dhclient connection closed? Or, igb0: link state changed to DOWN?
