Plex can't see files moved by sonarr or radarr

I have recently set up my Truenas scale server and transferred over my old media files to it which Plex picked up without any problem but new media which has been downloaded and moved by sonarr or radarr plex is unable to see. I can fix it by changing the security on the new file to allow "everyone" full access from my Windows machine via smb share of my media folder. But any new files downloaded still have the same permission problem and i can't manually fix every time it downloads something new. The apps user and user group has full permission even for the new files but plex still can't see it. Is plex running as another user then apps? The plex app is from Truenas official chart.

I fixed it by installing the truecharts plex version instead of the official
