Permissions

Every time I make a new folder in my library and or copy video files into my library. I have to go threw shell and grant permissions to each folder I have created and or copied into my Library..

if I don't do this when I scan my library with Plex nothing shows up in my library. That Folder I copied and or created greys out when I go search for it through Plex Library

is there something I can do to fix this or run a script...

I hope I remedied my issue, I was copying files from my transmission directory where all my files I download to. I shelled into that directory and noticed that, that directory and files had no permissions, so I set permissions to that directory.
