hello I start the software I freenas is great solution for my small association I can block a user at the right I found not get me explain

I created a file share named Directors inside that folder there has files
in the service it is a 5 person who has CAREB this file. the user that connects to this folder from his machine with user name and password.

I wish that certain person can edit files and certain person we consulted the rights
