Is this possible?
I've never really played with NFS before, only SAMBA.
I want to password protect the NFS share with a username and password.
I created the user on FreeNAS, gave it a password, and set up the NFS share to mapall to this user.
When I then mount the NFS share on my linux box it never asks for the password...
I find this rather disconcerting. Is there anything I can do to require entering of a password when the NFS share is mounted, much like with SAMBA?
Thanks,
Matt
