Owncloud installed, but can't connect in browser

Like many, I tried to update my Owncloud, but that failed. So, I deleted it, reinstalled, adjusted settings in jail, and turned it on. Everything looks good, however, I get the following message:

can you install a second instance of owncloud and see if your issue is reproduced there?
