OSX Maverick and 92. release?

Hi,

is someone who uses the OSX maverick with the 9.2 release and AFP protocol?
With Maverick Apple had made some enhancements in the AFP protocol. Since the dive on the Mac always messages

kernel[0]: AFP_VFS afpfs_vnop_getxattr: bad dataLength offset 2 replySize 2

On NAS side

afpd[10104]: get_easize: error calling ea_open for file: .

I'm not sure if this is fixed in the 9.2 release. That would be some reason to think about a update for me.
