optiplex sff 755 PFsense.

HI All,

I have dell optiplex sff 755, and would like to install PFsense on it.

Onboard there is only 1 GigNIC, would like to add another PCI NIC card either single or dual port.
but not sure how to look for compatible card that works both for PFsense and optiplex 755 mothers.

I have pci dual gig Nic card, show in bios but not supported in PFsense .

can some of help me understand how to add extra Nic and use with PFsense.

Get an Intel based NIC such as a pro 1000 and you won't have compatibility issues.

I have Broadcom card, seems like PFsense doesn't like it. need to look on card you have recommended.
