And I found this old thread on port 6000. Something to do with HA (which I also don't use). But the info is from 2019 on FreeNAS.

Hello. Just scanned my FreeNAS and got the port 6000/tcp as open (X11). It is a security problem to have X11 accessible via network? If yes, how I can close it? Thanks in advanced.
It's the middleware listening on port 6000. You can confirm this with ss -tulpn, note the pid that's listening on port 6000, then ps aux | grep portnumber.
