One volumes: multiple users including anonymous

Hi,

I have one volumes and i'd like to create different users with different permissions for each subdir.

so :

ftpadmin would have access to /mnt/volume/*/* in FTP only
guest would have access to /mnt/volume/shares/* in CIFS only (anonymous, read only)
backup would have access to /mnt/volume/backup/* in FTP only

is that possible ?
It seems i can change the permission of my volume to only one of the 3 account.
And if i create ZFS volumes (sub volumes ?), my ftpadmin account would not access to everything, correct ?
