ok so one of my drives is always writing 5.34 kb/s i don't know why because i I'm not running any plugins, but even if im not moving data on that disk

How do you have your pool(s) constructed, and which pool is hosting the System Dataset? In all likelihood, you're seeing system log writes to the System Dataset.
