Old hardware will this software run?

Hi, we have a Dell poweredge 840 server which as 4gb DDR3 5300mhz RAM, I realise minimum says 8GB of RAM but my question is will this software still run
on 4GB of RAM? We have a previous version running on 4gb without any issues at all.

Yes, it will run. But performance may be severely impacted.

Fixed that for you--though I can't see I've seen many cases recently, we used to see a bunch of folks with massive data loss, and the common thread was under 8 GB of RAM.

As others have said, it will most likely run but the better question is why would you want to run software on below recommended hardware which increases the chances significantly of it crashing at any moment?
