OK to upgrade jails?

Hello,
I am running TrueNAS-12.0-U8.1 and several jails running on FreeBSD 12.2, which is the same as the TrueNAS base OS. Given the 12.2 is EOL, is it ok to upgrade the jails to FreeBSD 12.3? It was previously stated that jails should run at same or lower FreeBSD version number. I wanted to clarify whether this applies to point versions as well.

Same major version (12, 13, etc., but minor version can be higher)... go ahead.
