Ok this one again, so my system has been running fine for a long time now with an Nvidia GT1030 GPU installed, Isolated and passed through to a VM.
I got a good deal on an RTX A4000 card to swap into the system, I removed the 1030 from the VM and removed it from Isolation then powered down the machine and swapped the cards.
On reboot the card appeared to isolate fine but threw up qemu errors when I tried to attach it to the VM.
I noticed errors relating to the card on boot and pulled this from the log file:

The card shows up when running lspci:

Nvidia-SMI shows the following:

I pulled the A4000 and put the 1030 back in and all was good, working fine, I did then remove the 1030 and do a boot without a GPU first before putting the A4000 back in to see if it would clear anything but no joy.

Google seems to suggest a driver within TrueNAS or maybe a PCI allocation error, this is about the limit of my knowledge of TrueNAS / Linux, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
