NTP Time Off

I'm on 11.1-U5, and after leaving my system off for about a month while addressing a heat issue, I noticed after not that the clock is off by 8 hours. The date is correct, and my time zone is set to Denver, but the time is off, and the date line under system info shows -6:00, which isn't the utp time adjustment for Denver.
Thoughts?

My ntp servers are the defaults.

What the date line shows is the UTC offset - which for Denver is -6 presently.

Thanks @Redcoat. Then the question returns to, any ideas why my time is showing off, and any ideas to make it show up right? So far, I've run an update command I found on a page, didn't make any difference.

Have you refreshed your screen? Time updates when you do so.
