1. Configure replication to new server. Wait finish.
2, Do backup configuration on old server
3. Install backup_config on new server

I need save my local users and directories with different user rights.

UPD. set main zfs pool name on new server same as on old server. (insurance)

Between the replication and the config backup, that will be covered. The only other thing you might need to do is reconfigure the network interface on the new server. There's an alternate method, though:

• Move data disks and boot device to new server
• Reconfigure NIC if necessary
  
• Boot
