Not really a noob, but just downloaded/installed 8.03, and got the unhandled exception error

Therefore, I can not go into the web interface to finish configuring system.

any ideas? I did see something that said re-formatting the drives would do it, but only had one drive, and it
was a BRAND new installation.

suggestions? hopes? dreams? (jobs???)

system has 2gb ram (verified ram is good).
one pata 40gb boot, one 500gb data drive, and one 120gb sata drive for now

checked the error log.

Getting the same errors mentioned in the other threads about the same errors (django??)

and yes, I figured out how to change my system time and set up the correct time zone.

boy this graphic-only/browser admin is painful...

Same errors mentioned in the other threads?

Sorry, didn't bring my crystal ball :D

sorry, mentioned in previous answer..

http://forums.freenas.org/archive/index.php/t-2966.html

from oct 2011, shows it seems to be a django related problem
but the very last statement
says...
..."Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to reset your configuration,
reimport your volumes, and reconfigure everything from scratch. "
Downgrading versions is not permitted;
the code that needs to be present to enforce that requirement is missing,
so for now it's just release noted in the errata section."

however this was a BRAND new, CLEAN install, to a 40GB empty hard disk.

I had read somewhere else that someone booted ubuntu , and reformatted the drive. and then it seemed to work??
this almost seems laughingly implausible as a new install..

I was most interested in the complete error (traceback message) from lighttpd.error.log ;)

Otherwise it is impossible to determine the cause =)
