not getting daily email

ever since updating to 8.3.1 all daily reports have stopped coming. email account is setup and tests fine and i've received a cron report about a recent scrub. Its the dailies that have stopped coming. root email is setup obviously since i am getting the test and cron report.

any ideas on how to shake this loose and get the daily emails going again?
