NooB need help with importing disk and error 13

OK i'm a total NooB and just got my setup up and running.

So I have a storage system set up with multiple disks that i'll call "NAS" for now, and also a single 4TB drive that I have media on that I want to transfer to NAS. I did the import disk, and it ran for a while and then ended with an error 33 message. Hmm Odd. Tried again and I get an error 13 message now that the disk is busy.

Tried disconnecting the drive, and reconnecting. And then import disk again and get the same error 13 message.

About 80% of the files were transferred during the initial import, and I was going to use this 4tb disk for snapshots once everything is imported.

Any thoughts?

Hook the drive up to a desktop computer and copy the files over smb. Once it's done add it to FreeNAS and use it as you please.
